Plaintiff Submission

The Fiat Lie Submitted for Judgement

Three Steps:

  1. Edit this page and add the next two sections which shows the Fiat Lie, optionally marks up the parts of the lie that are fact and the parts you think might be the lie.
  1. Edit for each of the 8 Questions, the Plaintiff answers below. The "reason" is where you make the case. It is important to use the best evidence. Think of each of the 8 Questions as a count against the lie and these are being tried by the Judge and Jury.
  1. Submit this case ID number for Adjudicate to icol@liecourt.com, and they will assign a Judge who will look at Docketing your case, or rejecting it as not acceptable for some reason.

The Fiat Lie

The Fiat Lie should be copied here as best possible. Try to keep it as short as possible but enough that people can understand the lie you are claiming.

Lie Topic: Childhood Vaccination

Lie Location: Twitter

Liar: Darla Shine@DarlaShine

Evidence: Multiple lies told on twitter including this one

Here we go LOL #measlesoutbreak on #CNN #Fake #Hysteria The entire Baby Boom population alive today had the #Measles as kids Bring back our #ChildhoodDiseases they keep you healthy & fight cancer

The Marked Up Fiat Lie

The Fiat Lie should be marked up with (!LIE.. ) and (!FACT.. ) to distinguish the claimed lie and the factual context in which it might be expressed. No embedding (!LIE (!FACT ..)) is legal.

This may be important to "Nothing but the Truth" where a lie is justified with other lies.

(!FACT Here we go LOL #measlesoutbreak on #CNN #Fake #Hysteria The entire Baby Boom population alive today had the #Measles as kids) Bring back our (!LIE #ChildhoodDiseases they keep you healthy & fight cancer)

Judgements and Reasoning

The Plaintiff must to fill out his claims an answering each of these questions in order to submit his suit for adjudication. The reasoning includes evidence.

A Court assigned Judge will be assigned to the submitted Case to decide whether the submission is to be accepted.

The suit is settled when the Court assigned Jurors fill in their answers and reasoning, if any, for answers to the questions. The Judge, on accepting a Case, will fill in the Case Docket to indicate when the Case is actively taking Juror submissions and the date when the Case will be settled (typically two weeks later in Manual 1 Edition). The court will assign Jurors once notified by the Case Judge that he has accepted the submission.

Instructions

Answers: Yes, No, or No Opinion or a Label with a Likelihood (0-100%) Plus Reasoning.

Reasoning behind each question should be under 100 words but Judge may allow more. Interim, non-settled, reasoning can include questions by a court participant to the Judge or Plaintiff.

Labels are short phrases or sentences that can be generally understood by any native speaker of the language. We will develop a catalog of labels for later Editions.

Judge Instructions
  1. If you accept a submission fill in Docket dates and times for the start and end of the trial period. Give yourself about 48 Hours to get some Jurors from the Court. The active or trial phase can last a week or two at your discretion. If you need an assistant, get a Clerk from the court.
  2. The Settlement date is assigned up front by the Judge. On this date you accept what you have in terms of answers to the questions and close the case. You can choose not to settle the case at that time and extend the trial pending more Juror input. You can put messages on this page to direct Jurors possibly improving their judgement and reasoning.
  3. The Jurors will look at the case and fill in the fields below for each respective Juror.
  4. If, for any reason, you want to get everyone on a call, we have a Free Conference Call number you can use to set a time and date for all participants who can to dial in. Jurors or a Plaintiff can ask you for such a call, but the Judge decides.
